These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement concerning the provision of an Airport Transfer, Local or Long Distance Service (”Service“) between you and Airport Taxis Narborough. Completion of the booking form and use of the service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
Any changes sought by the customer to the terms or conditions shall have no effect unless agreed in writing by the Company.
Airport Taxis Narborough is a Taxi and private hire management company and works with its clients to provide the end user a safe and reliable transport method.
Important Info
All flights are monitored through the official websites.
Waiting time will be charged at £18.00 per hour, 1.5 hours after your flight has landed, this allows adequate time for you to clear immigration and collect your luggage.
Please double check your flight details & confirmation email for accuracy, as in busy periods mistakes on flight numbers and arrival dates & times may lead to cancellation of your taxi.
There is a surcharge over the Christmas & New Year period (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day).
Receipts
If you require a receipt for your journey which has been paid for, you can obtain one from the driver, or by contacting the office. Please note a receipt sent through email can take up to 72 hours.
Errors on dates of travel supplied by a client leading to a driver turning up to an airport or home address to collect you, will result in the full fare being charged, plus any parking charges. Waiting time at £18.00 per hour may also be charged.
Definitions
Airport Taxis Narborough” means Airport Taxis Narborough, registered in United Kingdom, whose registered office is Kings Court, Kingsfield Road, Barwell, Leicester, LE9 8NZ.

Bookings
Airport Taxis Narborough will email you a quotation for your airport transfer, long distance or local journey based on the information provided by you. Airport Taxis Narborough reserve the right to amend the quotation if there is any material change to the original itinerary, such as the number of passengers, or the type of vehicle required.
We have the right to cancel your booking if the details you have provided are incorrect.
There is a minimum £25.00 administrative charge for bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours of your agreed pick up date/time.
Airport Transfers:
You must allow sufficient time when booking your Taxi to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. Airport Taxis Narborough shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.
You must order a suitable car size for the number of passengers and luggage. Airport Taxis Narborough cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger.
If you need to transport a wheelchair or pushchair, please specify this at the time of booking.
Payments can be made by BACS or cash on the day to the driver. Cheques or credit/debit cards are not accepted, unless agreed by management.
Airport Taxis Narborough will always check for flight delays before the driver leaves for the airport to collect you, but can only rely on the information supplied by the Airport Websites.
Once you have accepted your quotation, 1 of our office staff will email you a confirmation of your booking, without this, you are not booked in and do not have any booking with us. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform Airport Taxis Narborough promptly for any errors. Airport Taxis Narborough shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from your failure to provide Airport Taxis Narborough with correct information.
All car parking charges shall be paid on the day of collection/drop off to or from the airport by the customer unless otherwise stated/agreed in advance.
Account Work:
In respect of account work, Airport Taxis Narborough works with their clients to ensure that the services are delivered as per the requirements of the customer.
The customer agrees to pay the company for all journeys provided by the company on account. We shall invoice after the journey(s) have taken place. Invoiced amounts shall be due and payable after 28 days from date of invoice. Should payment not be received by this date, Airport Taxis Narborough reserve the right to add a late payment charge of a minimum of £25.00.
The Service ‘Vehicle Conduct’
You shall be responsible for the behaviour of all passengers in the car during the whole journey. A charge of £85.00 will be levied to cover the cleaning costs in the event that the vehicle is soiled by any passenger.
Eating and drinking in the cars is strictly not permitted. Exceptional circumstances for babies and medical reasons will be permitted with prior permission. All children should be restrained in a manner that befits the laws and regulations at the time. Suitable child seats should wherever possible be supplied and fitted by the child’s parent/guardian. These can be held by the driver in the event of a return journey booking. Airport Taxis Narborough will not carry more passengers than its insurance or licensing allows.
Smoking is never permitted in any of our vehicles.
Cancellations and Bookings
If you need to cancel your booking please contact Airport Taxis Narborough as soon as possible. All cancellations made 24 hours before the booking date & time will not incur a penalty charge. Refunds will be given at the discretion of management.
Invoices will be sent for cancellations of a booking that have not been pre-paid and are within the above mentioned 24 hour cancellation policy. These invoices must be paid within 28 days. Failure to pay within the period specified shall entitle us to charge you for costs and expenses incurred in recovering late payments, and to charge interest at the rate then in force pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as at the due date or on the above rate whichever is the greater. Small claim court costs may also be charged if necessary.

Liability
Airport Taxis Narborough shall use all reasonable endeavours to get you to your destination on time, but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey. Under no circumstances shall Airport Taxis Narborough be liable for any loss of profits, business or for any indirect or consequential loss whatever. Airport Taxis Narborough aims at running a reliable service for you, however sometimes cars cannot arrive at time of booking due to reasons beyond our control. If the car is running late please contact the office immediately for an update.
All luggage is carried entirely at your own risk. Lost property is kept by the office for a period of 4 weeks before being disposed off.
Airport Taxis Narborough is entitled to cancel all services and provide up to 100% of the refunds (with in 7 Days of the original booking date), in the event of circumstances beyond their control. If a car breaks down during the journey, Airport Taxis Narborough will provide an alternative with a practical time allowance.
You shall indemnify Airport Taxis Narborough against all losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any act or omission of any passenger in your party.
Airport Taxis Narborough acts as an agent for clients of self-employed drivers, and will pass information relating to the customer in order to assist with the safe and timely pick up. Airport Taxis Narborough cannot be held responsible for the misuse of this information by its clients or subsequent drivers that are beyond its control.
Neither party excludes or limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for wilful default or fraudulent misrepresentation, or otherwise in any manner unenforceable by any applicable law.
Termination
Airport Taxis Narborough will refuse or terminate any booking with immediate effect if it places any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence or abuse by you or your passengers, requesting that all passengers vacate the vehicle as soon as it’s safe to do so.
No refunds will be given for journeys terminated part way through the hire, full fare will be due to the driver and/or invoice issued if the journey is not pre-paid.
Company rights and powers
Airport Taxis Narborough may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. All existing bookings will be at the rate quoted or applicable rate in effect at the time of booking.
Airport Taxis Narborough reserves the right to change the rules or instructions concerning the use of any part of the service from time to time.
Airport Taxis Narborough reserves the right to change the service, suspend it temporarily, in the interest of quality of service, communication failure or part interest of other customers.
Customer Service
For any issues arising; please contact the control team who will attempt to resolve the issue immediately. In the unlikely instance a satisfactory resolution is not met, you can leave your name and number with the controller and a member of the management team will contact you within 24 hours.

Miscellaneous
Airport Taxis Narborough shall store, process and use all information regarding your personal details in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. The terms of this agreement shall prevail if a discrepancy arises between a quotation and this agreement.
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter and supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals oral or written.
The companies’ website may contain hyperlinks to third parties; The company does not control, is responsible for and does not endorse any of the contents of such websites.
Use Restrictions
Reproduction, distribution, or republication of any information, materials, documents and services by any means, without the prior express written consent of Airport Taxis Narborough, is strictly prohibited. Nothing in this Airport Taxis Narborough website shall be construed as conferring any license of Airport Taxis Narborough’s intellectual property rights without express written consent from Airport Taxis Narborough. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Warranties and Disclaimers
